Where are you located and where do you service? Our team is spread throughout Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, and King Counties. We offer meet and greets in all of these counties (as far south as SeaTac and as far east as Issaquah in King County). We are currently servicing Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, and King Counties. San Juan, Island, and Kitsap Counties may be serviced with additional travel fees/accommodations. Effective immediately we are not accepting bookings for anything South or East of counties listed above.

Do you offer overnight pet care, dog boarding, or dog sitting? We do not offer overnight care, dog boarding, or dog sitting. We often drop dogs off at boarding, a Rover's home, etc. and are happy to provide recommendations if needed. In very rare occasions we may be able to accommodate overnight care after your wedding or event, but it typically cannot occur at the pet care attendant's home, so accommodations/lodging for our team member + your pup would be required.

What are your rates?Check out our services page for all the info on pricing.

What are some options of how to involve our dog into our wedding?there are SO many options that we can talk through based on your dog and venue, but here are some of my favorites: *photos with you before ceremony (either separate or as a couple, with a wedding party if you have one, etc.) *station the dog near a welcome sign or table to greet guests as they arrive to the venue *involve them in the ceremony, such as: walking or running down the aisle, being a flower dog, walking down with a member of the wedding party, mention them in your vows. they can stay up front with you, or we can sit with them in the front row off to the side during the ceremony mingle with guests during cocktail hour **PS, i have a few blog posts that have even more examples :)

Do you have any size, weight, or breed restrictions?definitely not, we welcome all dog breeds (+ any other pets that would be willing to participate in your big day). for multiple dogs, especially medium-large sized ones, we will have more than one pet handler working your event
-
What is your cancellation and refund policy?we know that cancellations happen, and that's okay. the 50% retainer (deposit) paid to secure our services is non-refundable as it offsets the loss of business, since we reserve your wedding date for you. there's more detail about this in our contract (pet care agreement)
-
Can't I hire a rover/wag dog sitter to do this?you certainly can, but there are some important differences to note. we have event and liability insurance which keeps all parties protected, and we have expertise in the wedding industry which makes an impact in the planning, communication, and implementation of your pup's involvement.
-
What are your travel fees?Travel fees begin after 30 minutes of travel time, starting at your pet care attendants' home. These fees are $60/hour. Events requiring travel by ferry or other modes of transportation will have fees added to the quote. Events that are more than three hours away, an overnight stay may be requested. This would include one or two nights of lodging (depending on distance + timeline), mileage and/or air travel fees, parking fees, and per diem food charges.

Why should we hire you?I'm really proud of the service and experience provided by this team! You will receive thorough planning and communication with us during the booking process and prior to your big day -- I'm a program manager so I take this part seriously! On your wedding/elopement day, it will genuinely feel like your dog has a new best friend and that you won't be worried about your dog at all. We've received incredibly sweet and thoughtful feedback about our services and I believe it sets us apart!
